Meet Dianne
Dianne, CTC, ACC — Founder & Luxury Travel Designer
With over three decades of orchestrating journeys that embody her clients' distinctive personalities, Dianne is celebrated for her generous spirit, unwavering dedication, and meticulous eye for detail.
She has a particular affinity for river and small ocean cruises, as well as local culinary delights and wine tastings.
What she loves most about collaborating with her clients is their passion for discovery and the excitement of creating something special together.
Beloved Travel Moment:
On a summer night sailing the Moselle River, five women, aged between 50 and 80, gathered on deck well past 1:00 AM. We were getting to know one another and savouring our wine while watching the lights dance across the rippling water, illuminating the historic towns drifting by. That blend of beautiful scenery and camaraderie created magic. Since then, we’ve formed an enduring bond.

Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy. It perfectly captures the essence of my favourite country to visit, a heartfelt and rich show that weaves together cuisine, culture, history, and a sense of belonging.
Meet Annalisa
Annalisa — Administrative Coordinator
With over 20 years in operational and relationship management, Annalisa’s friendly demeanour and genuine enthusiasm allow her to navigate the complexities of daily operations with remarkable ease. She is the force quietly choreographing perfection behind the scenes.
Beloved Travel Moment:
On my birthday in Rarotonga, Cook Islands, Dianne (my sister!) and I joined a jeep tour with a lively group from around the globe. We bounced through jungle trails, chased waterfalls and strolled pristine beaches, while sharing stories and lots of laughter. That evening, we celebrated together over dinner, quickly forming lasting friendships. The experience reinforced that travel is one of life's most profound ways to connect with the world, with others, and with yourself.
Favourite Travel Show:
The Amazing Race - I love seeing all the incredible places featured in the show. It’s thrilling with unexpected twists. One minute, contestants are scaling mountains in New Zealand, and the next, they are in a market in Morocco. Each episode offers a glimpse into lives and landscapes that are far removed from my own. Watching feels like embarking on an international scavenger hunt, all from the comfort of my couch!
Meet Luna
Luna — Chief Operating Officer
Luna brings over a decade of strategic relaxation and culinary appreciation. She oversees daily operations from her preferred desk napping station. Luna leads with grace, confidence and a touch of sass.
Beloved Travel Moment: The day I arrived at Maison Frost-Gagnon (from the Cochrane Humane Society) my fur-ever home, a place filled with affection, cozy naps, lots of yummy treats and a new brother! It’s the greatest trip of my nine lives.
Favourite Travel Show: Chef’s Table and the spin-offs. Food is the purr-fect expression of a place and the people who curl up and call it home.
Meet Jack
Jack — Chief Technology Officer
Joining us from the Cochrane Humane Society, Jack excels at real-time affection analytics. His monitor-watching prowess enables him to track digital activity (and the occasional cursor) with precision. Jack’s inquisitiveness makes him a charismatic trailblazer and morale booster.
Beloved Travel Moment: Nothing compares to the serenity of lounging in the sun on our catio, where golden light and the joyful sight of birds create my own little paradise.
Favourite Travel Show: Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown. It’s more than a food show, although I often dream of tuna tartare! It’s the way Chef Tony reveals the depth and humanity of a region with shared meals and compelling stories. Paw-sitively the best kind of adventure.
